|3. The data collection is carried out for the purpose of creating the conditions for you to be able to use the BdF-Schachserver. Legal basis for the data processing are the statutes of the Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V. in connection with the regulations of the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB - German Civil Code) regarding the law of associations.
|4. Your data collected at this point will only be used for your participation in the server game operation on the BdF chess server. This also includes the usage of your name and, if applicable, your place of residence in tournament tables.
|5. The duration your data is stored depends on various factors and cannot be determined in advance. Criteria for the determination are legally observable deadlines, the statutory interests of the club, the sports information service and the consistency of the data resulting from the sporting successes of the members (calculation of scores for playing strength, etc.).

You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to delete data in accordance with legal regulations. You have the right to limit the processing of your data and the right to object to the processing and the right to data transfer within the framework of the legal regulations.

|9. The provision of personal data is voluntary and without any existing obligation. However, it is necessary in order to be able to participate in the gaming operations of the Deutscher Fernschachbund e.V. on the BdF-Schachserver. If you do not provide the personal data requested in this membership form, you cannot use the BdF-Schachserver, because you do not get access to the registration area.
